What is Folio Boutique?
Folio Boutique is an online shop associated with the Folio illustration agency. We offer limited-edition prints by artists associated with Folio.

Are the prints authenticated by the artists?
Yes, we work with each artist to produce the prints. The artists authenticate the prints by signing numbered certificates that accompany each print.

How are the prints produced?
The prints are of a type known as 'giclee' prints, which are produced on a high-quality, large-format printer using pigment-based inks. The inks have special archival properties and the paper is acid-free artists' paper. The production methods are museum quality, and the manufacturers claim that the pigment inks will remain lightfast under normal conditions in excess of 200 years. As with all printed material, however, we recommend that prints are not hung in direct sunlight.

How will the prints be packaged?
The prints are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper then packaged within sturdy, wide-diameter postal tubes. Each print is individually packaged in its own postal tube, even if multiple prints are purchased in a single order.

How long will orders take to arrive?
We aim to have orders dispatched with two weeks; however please allow 28 days for delivery.

What delivery service do you use?
UK orders are sent by Royal Mail's 'Special Delivery', overseas orders are sent by Royal Mail's 'International Signed For' airmail. Both of these services require a signature upon delivery.

When you place an order, PayPal takes your credit card payment and passes the payment on to us - we never have access to your card details. PayPal has over 100 million account holders worldwide. Do I need a PayPal account?
Yes, but if you don't already have a PayPal account you will be prompted to set one up during the ordering process. It is very quick and simple to set up an account.

Do you ship internationally?
